Ele Ella is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all full priced orders within the continental USA. International shipping is free on orders $200 and over for select locations. For international orders under $200, there is a $30 shipping fee. If you need assistance placing an international order, please contact us.

We offer expedited shipping options as well, as shown at checkout.

For in-store pickup, please select the in-store pickup option when checking out. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that this may take longer during peak times.

*Due to the rising costs of shipping, we will now be using UPS for large packages. USPS priority is still available for a flat rate.

*Please note, for zip codes 91606 & 91607 there is no free shipping, instead please select in-store pickup. If standard shipping is selected, we may charge you for shipping.


Easy Returns

Returning by Mail

Unused merchandise can be returned as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The merchandise must have all tags and be in the original purchase condition. 

2. The merchandise is unused and unwashed 

3. Your return arrives back to us no later then 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. A 25% late fee will be deducted from any return that is later than 14 days. 

Merchandise not meeting these conditions can not be returned. Please take care packing your items. If we receive a return in a condition unacceptable we will not be able to issue you a refund.

Merchandise Excluded for Returns:

1. Items purchased with a gift card or store credit

2. Merchandise discounted at 20% or more and Layette at any discount, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

3. Items bought during a Flash Sale or any items marked FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

4. All hair accessories, undergarments and swimwear are FINAL SALE

Start a Return

A return shipping label costs $5 flat rate which will be deducted from your final refund. To start a return, request a return label here.

There is a restocking fee of $1.00 per item.

Returns are limited to 6 items per order.

*Please allow a minimum of 3-4 days for shipping when returning a package so that we receive it before your return window is up.*

Refunds and Credits:

Once we receive your return and deem it acceptable, we will issue you a refund or credit depending on when your return was received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

Payment refund: Items received back within 8 days of receiving your order

Store Credit:  Items received back within 14 days of receiving your order.

International returns

Returns must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, our policy remains the same.

Returning In Store

All Pickups and POS sales must be returned within 2 days for refund and 7 days for store credit. No restocking fees apply.

Accepted returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item. Please note that this may take longer during peak times.


We offer free exchanges on all items over $30. Exchanges will ship out free once the return is received. There are no returns on exchanges.

Shipping Guarantee

Ele Ella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we ship out our items, we do not have any responsibility for them. We do offer Route Shipping Guarantee to be purchased for a nominal fee at checkout. This will cover you in case of damage, loss or theft. We strongly recommend you insure your packages.


Ele Ella is the premier stop for all baby and children gifts. We offer courtesy gift wrapping and an extended return policy on all gifts. Please click on the gift wrap option when checking out and leave your gift message in the notes section.

Gifts are eligible for exchange up to 30 days from date of delivery. After that, it is considered final sale. Any gift bought on a final sale is considered as such and may not be exchanged.

Please note we do not gift wrap on discounted items.

Other Information

Unclaimed items are considered Hefker after notification to the customer.

Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you feel you require an exception to our policy, you can reach out to us. Exceptions will be made at our discretion only. As always, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We do not accept cancellations on orders as we aim to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
