Ele Ella is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA. International shipping is free on orders $200 and over for select locations. For international orders under $200, there is a $25 shipping fee. If you need assistance placing an international order, please contact us.
We offer expedited shipping options as well that is shown by checkout.
For in-store pickup, please select the in-store pickup option when checking out. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that this may take longer during peak times.
*Please note, for zipcodes 91606 & 91607 there is no free shipping, instead please select in-store pickup. If standard shipping is selected, we may charge you for shipping.
All unused and unwashed merchandise can be returned for refund or credit as long as the following conditions are met. The merchandise must have all tags and be in the original purchase condition. Merchandise not meeting these conditions may not be returned.
Items must be received back within 7 days of receiving your order for original payment refund and up to 14 days for store credit. After 14 days, the items are final sale and no returns or credits can be issued.
*Please allow a minimum of 3-4 days for shipping when returning a package.*
Gifts are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from date of delivery. After that, it is considered final sale. Any gift bought on a final sale is considered as such and may not be returned for store credit.
There is a restocking fee of $3 per returned order up to 2 items. Additional returned items will be charged $1.50 restocking fee each.
All Pickups and POS sales must be returned within 2 days for refund and 7 days for store credit. No restocking fees apply.
Accepted returns will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the item. Please note that this may take longer during peak times.
Past season sale items are always final sale. Current season sale items policy as follows: All items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and can not be accepted for return. Flash sales are final sale unless noted otherwise. All hair accessories & undergarments are final sale for hygienic purposes.
Items that are purchased using a store credit are not eligible for free returns.
International returns must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, the policy is the same.
There are times that we can offer exchanges, please reach out to arrange it. Exchanges will ship out free once the return is received, however exchanged items are not eligible for free returns.
If for any reason you feel your require an exception to our policy, you can reach out to us. Exceptions will be made at our discretion only.
