If you placed an order for pickup please look out for the ready for pickup email so you don't miss the notification. Orders are typically fulfilled within 24hrs or sooner. You can also check your spam folder. Please note that all pick up orders are automatically marked as "picked up" when processed, even if you have not yet picked it up. Orders that are picked up can only be returned by drop off.
All orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days of being placed. Please note that this may take longer during peak times. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order ships.
If you ordered for pickup, please wait until you receive your pickup notification email that contains pickup instructions and information. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24hrs
We maintain accurate inventory as best as we can. However in the rare occurrence that an item from your order is out of stock we will issue a refund for that item and ship the rest of your order

Ele Ella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once we ship out your items we do not have any responsibility for them. If you do encounter an issue with a lost or missing package it is the customer's responsibility to work with USPS to resolve the issue. We can only help you if shipping protection was purchased for the package.
